At Bright Success Capital, we believe good investors should be knowledgeable and experienced to support a founder’s business vision and execution. Over 30 years ago we started from scratch to grow several successful enterprises across the manufacturing and supply chain sector.

As a Hong Kong family office, we use our experience and network to be a valuable source of guidance, expertise and consultation for the companies in our portfolio. Hilton Tam

Founder & CEO

Hilton Tam is the Founder and CEO at Bright Success Capital. He has gained a deep understanding in R&D and supply chain processes through his previous roles in Seagate Technology and Cisco System. Hilton leads the firm and provides strategic value on area of expertise such as manufacturing & supply chain, market strategy and operational guidance. Hilton earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University – West Lafayette.

Wendel Kwan

Managing Partner

Wendel Kwan is the Managing Partner at Bright Success Capital. Prior to his role at Bright Success, Wendel had over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, including roles at financial institutions, regulators and professional services firms. As a professional accountant, he draws on his extensive corporate finance and regulatory experience to help companies achieve faster growth and greater success. Wendel graduated from the London School of Economics with a Bachelor of Science in Geography with Economics.
